Shipping policy

We send orders on weekdays from Monday to Friday as public holidays are exception.

Most of our products are produced at the time of order specifically for you. Your patience is important to us and we are thankful for it! :)

Once when the package leaves our building it remains in the care of DHL or the local post office of the country. SMcostumes is not responsible for mistakes caused by the courier companies.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:
1. Login to your SMcostumes account.

2. Click Track My Shipment next to the order status.
3. If you don't see Track My Shipment, your order is still processing!

* Opt in to live tracking information via text message from your shipping confirmation email.

* Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable

* We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.
